For a simple project you need to provide the data, the rest is done by us. We can support you. Since no further installation is needed on your side, the effort is minor.

When we have got the data we are able to deliver first results within one to at most two weeks. The results typically contain some quick wins which can be implemented quite fast, but also more strategic levers. Typically, the gain by quick wins already pays off a lot.

We mainly rely on SAP data for Purchase to Pay, Inventory, Material Movements, and Sales. Besides some Master Data are needed as well. Depending on your business we typically collect data for approximately three years back. For accurate forecasts we need time series data on a daily basis. To achieve that we usually take the document header and positions for the relevant document types related to the processes Purchase to Pay, Inventory, Material Movements, and Sales.

We offer Analytics as a Service. This means that we receive data, analyze those, and come back with results. This can be done remotely (almost all customers use that approach) or on premise. For a remote installation, you can start right away, no installation is needed. For an on premise installation, we need a dedicated server on your side.

If the analysis is done on our side, we use a dedicated server for your data only. It is accessible only within a dedicated vpn via ssh.

Often, customers ask to do the analysis on a regular basis. Then we offer support to implement an automated data transport via standard interfaces.
